My goal is to make the visit to the vet the most positive experience I can for each and every pet and owner. After having many bad visits to other medical professionals myself, I decided that I would do my very best to make a doctor visit as non-threatening as I can. We all love our patients and our clients here at HABH, and try our hardest to do our very best for each and every one. Nothing makes us happier than to see a patient excited to come in to the office & see all of us. To help with this process, we all wear appeasing pheromones, no strong odors are in the hospital, and there are comfortable and spacious exam rooms. Each patient is allowed to behave in a way that is most comfortable for them. There are no breed discriminations, no automatic muzzling, and calm and quiet handling. Since I cannot explain to my patients what I need to do or why, I am a strong advocate for anxiety medications and aggressive pain protocols. I was practicing stress free before it was popular. I hope to make your visit to my hospital a favorable one. Please let us know if there are ways you think we can improve. Thank you for entrusting your beloved family members to our care; from all of us at Homosassa Animal & Bird Hospital.

Dr. Hall has extensive experience with a wide variety of exotic pets and wildlife. She is also happy to see domestic fowl (chickens, turkeys, ducks, geese, swans, etc). Avian patients will require an annual exam prior to nail, beak, and/or wing trims. All exotic patients MUST arrive at the clinic in an appropriate cage, carrier, or container.
